1. Prizes for the 21 Day Challenge are as follows:

   1st - 3 months online nutrition and fitness coaching (valued at AUD$1,297)

   2nd - 3 months online nutrition coaching (valued at AUD$997)

   3rd - 1 month online nutrition coaching (valued at AUD$397)

2. In order to be eligible to win a prize, participants must comply with the following requirements:

​

   a. Record weight in the Bodyworx app ("The App") on day one, day eight, day 15 and day 21;

   b. Upload photos according to the instructions in The App on day on and day 21;

   c. Complete at least seven workouts in The App assigned as part of the challenge (excludes scheduled personal training     or main program workouts for existing clients of Bodyworx);

   d. Complete all assigned habits in the app for the duration of the challenge.

3. Winners will be determined based on a combination of weight change, appearance change (from photos), adherence to assigned workouts and habits, and overall commitment to the challenge.

4. Participants who are not current clients of Bodyworx are eligible and must commence their coaching within 14 days of winners being announced. Prizes are not transferable.

​

5. Participants who are current clients of Bodyworx are eligible, however the prize must be transferred to a third party (ie. current clients of Bodyworx cannot redeem prizes for their own use). Coaching for the third party must comment within 14 days of the winners being announced.

6. Bodyworx reserves the right to alter, add or remove terms and conditions at any time without notice.
