Ingredients

1 scoop True WPI90 Banana & Honey

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 banana

1/2 cup milk (250ml)

1/2 cup water

1 tsp honey

1/4 cup ice cubes


Method

1. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix all ingredients until smooth in texture.
