A super-quick and easy protein smoothie that will satisfy a big hunger (and it's low fat)!
1 scoop True WPI90 Banana & Honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (250ml)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix all ingredients until smooth in texture.
